Common questions
I can't sign in
Use "Use email instead" to get a 6-digit code. Check spam. Codes last one hour. Google sign-in on Android and Apple sign-in on iPhone need a recent app version.
It says my location isn't available
Allow Location "While using the app" in your phone settings, then reopen Viron. It's only needed once, to find your circle.
My post vanished
That's by design. Everything disappears within 24 hours.
Report someone or something unsafe
Tap the report button on any pin, post, reply or profile. For urgent safety issues email safety@viron.live. If anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number first.
